Sony Pictures, Marvel Studios and Disney's strategy with the secrecy behind 'Spider-man: No Way Home' went down the drain yesterday due to a leak, which happened thanks to a real goof that splashed a lot of people.

Wassila Lmouaci is the woman who recorded the leaked copy of the trailer, hence one of the main responsible parties. But she was not the one who leaked the footage directly to the networks.
She is a visual effects editor who has been working for Marvel (Ragnarok and Ant-Man & Wasp) for quite some time. Her name was in the watermark and that video was sent privately to a colleague. Anyway, that was NOT allowed.

Wassila was unlinked, apologized to Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige on her Twitter account but her networks were already taken down. Possibly she has already been fired and will never work in the industry again. Being the first to fall after the leak.
Superhero Theorist, an insider and trusted source who was very popular and had credibility on Twitter, was taken down last night without much detail just like Wassila's networks.

Wassila provided the copy of the video to Superhero Theorist, with whom they already had trust, whose owner is a pretty serious insider but had irresponsible behavior and allowed his close friends to see the preview, who recorded and leaked it. That's why the video is a recording of another recording.
The person behind Superhero Theorist lost his job, suffered a betrayal of trust by his friends, ruined Wassila Lmouaci's career and will face a huge lawsuit that he will surely not be able to pay. 
Colleague pages close to this person claim that he went into a mental and emotional health crisis, is going through a huge depression, plus all the worry about what is going to happen to him.
Generally those in charge of leaking information to the media, are responsible for a matter of ethics in covering watermarks, to prevent the content from revealing the source, in this case Wassila, who was burned at the stake by Superhero Theorist. 

No one is totally innocent in this situation, so complaints are already being reported for infinging and disseminating material kept under lock and key, belonging to three major companies.
There are no heroes or villains here, there are people who unintentionally ruined their careers and mental stability. They will be sued and will not work again for lack of credibility, because of spreading a video in bad definition that will surely be officially released this week.
